The Scottish planning system is fundamentally governed by decision making within national and local government forums. Whilst the examples shown below are from England, there is material that could be learned from elsewhere in the UK. It may be that similar digital training seminars can therefore be established in Scotland, rolling out high level training opportunities across the country in a standardised way.
